Fascinated with human behaviour from as early as he can remember, and relentlessly inquisitive with it, Kenny was that annoying child who grew up asking: Why? After being told at high school he “wouldn’t amount to much” and “be lucky to achieve an O Grade in Arithmetic” he quickly developed a healthy disregard for authority and conventional thinking. The search to live life on his own terms and find his place in the world began. A clunky start to adult life led to a seemingly meandering career path: Civil Engineer, Army Physical Training Instructor in the Parachute Regiment, SAS selection, World Traveller, Trapper for the Department of Conservation in New Zealand, Service Development Teacher for Glasgow University Sport & Recreation Service, Corporate Wellbeing Consultant, Mountain Biking Leader, Executive Coach, Behavioural Transformation Consultant, NLP Master and Advisor on a Research Trial Steering Committee at Glasgow University.
Self-confessed, strategic thinking, human behaviour nerd disrupting conventional thinking around Organisational Development, challenging organisations to approach Learning & Development in out-of-the-box ways, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives, resulting in training & learning that future-proofs their organisation from the inside-out and spearheads transformational change.
