With the way the business landscape is rapidly changing, CEOs and leaders need to reinvent their leadership paradigm or they’ll lose touch with their workforce (especially Millenials). Kevin will talk about his CEO Manifesto for the 21st Century, that focuses on increased transparency (both with employees and stakeholders), employee empowerment, sustainability and innovation.

Kevin’s talk will draw on his research and real life experience in working with over 100+ companies on implementing such game changing ideas as “letting employees set their CEOs salary,” open book financials, and using sustainability as a way to drive innovation and help employees bring their whole self to the office.

Kevin is the Wilder Distinguished Faculty Member at Western Washington University and the CEO of Sustainable Business Consulting where he is one of the world’s pre-eminent business consultants & teachers in the field of sustainability. He has worked with over 110 clients in 37 industries, with the majority in the Fortune 500. He is the author of three books in this field including the acclaimed: Making Sustainability Stick: The Keys for Successful Implementation. Kevin has also taught 12 courses on this topic at 7 different Universities.
