Before currently becoming an advocate of positive psychology, Dr. Motilla ironically spent his early life battling against negativity. In his talk, he recalled his struggle in his youth, and generously shared life's lessons which led him to his advocacy.
Dr. Ronaldo “Ronnie” Motilla is a professor and psychologist by profession, although his variety of expertise also includes economics and philosophy. Aside from teaching, he is also working as the head of the Integrated Lifestyle and Wellness Center of Miriam College, where he is tasked to create a working environment that fosters work-life balance and the holistic development of the Miriam College community.
