Music has evolved to reach newer and newer heights over the past century, alongside the exponential developments in technology. The college freshman and avid musician, Arvind Ranganathan discusses the impact of technology on what we perceive to be music.
Arvind Ranganathan is an 18 year old musician living in Mumbai. He not only plays a variety of instruments, but also composes a multitude of different genres of music, ranging from classical to rock to electronic, and has had his compositions professionally performed by ensembles and orchestras in Mumbai, New York, New Hampshire, and Beijing. He is also passionate about math and technology, and has won several international robotics competitions. He is looking forward to further education, and a future, in music and math.
