Employees are often hired because of the people they know, they education they've been afforded, or where they've worked before. Brendan Lind understands that this not only limits employers to only those privileged enough to be in that pool, but also limits people looking for a job. He has an idea that might just change the way opportunity manifests.
Brendan Lind co-founded a nonprofit that fosters upward mobility through a unique apprenticeship and job placement program in tech. He graduated with honors at Wash U where he studied anthropology and economics. He currently serves as executive director for that nonprofit, LaunchCode.
