Through her experience and health transformation, Rebecca stresses the importance of teaching our children about real food as real prevention and care, and how it impacts our society as a whole.

Since she was very young, Rebecca Eisenmann knew that her dream was to be a writer. A blogger and founder of the Verde y Rebelde movement, Rebecca is passionate about inspiring and helping others change their lifestyles through food and developing healthy habits. She is described as a "rebel with a cause" and a "pioneer in communicating and defending people's wellbeing as well as teaching preventive steps to conserve our health." Rebecca is licensed in liberal arts and also studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, based in New York. Rebecca attributes her lifestyle change to the moment she found out she was having a girl and began sharing tips and life through social media. Today, her Instagram account has more than one hundred thousand followers.
