Emma and Rheanne talk about their interest in STEM and how they started asking questions about why more girls weren't following their STEM dreams into adulthood.

Rheanne and Emma are teenagers from Lawrence, Kansas that are interested in the future of technology and getting girls into STEM fields. They started an all girl First Lego League (FLL) robotics team with their friends and schoolmates. Rheanne and Emma participated for three years, and since then have spoken at the Kansas City Developer's Conference about their experience in FLL as well as their findings on women in STEM.
