In a world where robots become more and more ingrained into our daily lives, it is certainly true that they are progressively becoming smarter and more capable of functioning autonomously. But as these machines become as smart as us, will they also become as human as us? STEM-enthusiast Jason Jewik seeks to explore this possibility in a talk about human-like robots.
Jason Jewik is a freshman at Whitney High School who particularly enjoys working with computers and technology with the Robotics team. Jason also volunteers with the City of Cerritos, creates original animations, and is currently developing a video game. His favorite quote by Arthur C. Clarke states, "I don't pretend we have all the answers. But the questions are certainly worth thinking about."
