Myriam being a traveler herself find it quite weird that Indonesia is trying so hard to adapt itself to foreign cuisine when so many foreigners try to enjoy what Indonesia has to offer. She finds herself being able to do extraordinary things with the humble "Tempe". Explore how she is able to make Tempe an international ingredient in cooking.
