A journey of personal experience and wisdom gained along the way allows this young entrepreneur to share some secrets to success, and importantly, pitfalls that young people in particular should avoid, when starting a business.
Indira Tsengiwe is the founder of Youngpreneur Media, a media brand and production company purposed to create content for and about young entrepreneurs across the African continent. Inspired by both the potential and activity of youth entrepreneurship on the continent, the entity was created to serve further impetus in the cultivation of Africa’s young entrepreneurs through television, digital and in-flight media.
In her experience as a young entrepreneur that deals directly with a magnitude of young entrepreneurs from across the continent, she has gained experience and understanding of the way in which the youthful market does business. Indira Tsengiwe is a World Economic Forum, Global Shaper; a member of the Writer’s Guild Association of South Africa and is a columnist for Fin24. She has contributed to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, South Africa.
