I create therefore I am. But why? Why create without an immediate external reward? Because I have something to say.
Kimberly Marcus has been creating her entire life. The desire to create and what drives people to create has been something that she has given a lot of thought to in the wee hours of the night. First published in Jughead Comics when she was 12 years old, she put writing on hold to pursue other creative endeavors. She was educated at Brooks Institute School of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA and worked as a freelance photographer in New York City and received a Masters in Teaching from Fordham University. After many years, she has returned to her love of writing for children. She has been published in Highlights Magazine.
