The public and charity sectors will see continued pressure on funding, increasing demand and personalisation of services. Innovation is arguably less risky than the status quo, yet our ability to find new ways of working is constrained. Intrapreneurship is revolutionising the way many organisations do business and is already a feature of many leading companies. Steve’s talk will consider ways in which mission driven organisations can use intrapreneurship to deliver greater impact and become future proof. Based on his own experience of creating and delivering The Lens, he will argue that we should create an intrapreneurial ecosystem in Scotland, realising the huge talent and capability in our organisations.
