Ilja Grzeskowitz teaches the three changemaker qualities that you need to master change in times of constant disruption: It's about focusing on opportunities, making fear your best friend and being real. Because real is enough.
Change is not what happens to you, but the way you deal with it. That´s the mantra of Berlin based author Ilja Grzeskowitz (spoken GRAESCH -KO -WITZ). He studied economics and marketing and was the youngest store manager for Germany´s largest retail corporation Karstadt, as well as for IKEA. During that time, he had to fight with various changes and became an expert on that topic.
The bestselling author of seven books, including his recent one „Think it. Do it. Change it. How to Dream Big, Act Bold and Get the Results you want“ held guest lecturing positions at the Berlin School of Law and Economics and the SRH University in Berlin and constantly travels around the world to research future trends and developments.
It is one of his strongest beliefs, that companies only change when the people change and he helps entrepreneurs, business executives and C-Suite leaders to deal with the rapid changes around us. Among his clients are BMW, Lufthansa, Telekom and Zalando. www.grzeskowitz.com
