What is the ‘self’ made of? Soul, personality, experiences… But what if our sense of reality is warped through a lens of biases causing irrational thinking and unconscious judgments that constantly alter our perception and memories? What then constitutes the true self?  In this talk Caitlin will attempt to explain how to recognise your subconscious delusions and how to avoid making illogical choices based on them.

Caitlin Pittol-Neville is currently a year 9 student here at SWPS. She enjoys science, music and maths, and has a strong interest in psychology.
