Is protocol still relevant? Does anyone use it? Yes it is. Yes we do. And here's why.

Dwight MacAulay has been Chief of Protocol for the Government of Manitoba since 1998 and has served as presiding officer for Canadian Citizenship Courts. In 2010, Her Majesty The Queen awarded Dwight the position of Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, the highest possible rank attainable in Canada in the Royal Victorian Order.
