Javeria Rizvi Kabani speaks about leadership and the responsibility people in leading roles have. Who do you include in your own network. Encounters are the first step in building empathy.

Javeria Rizvi Kabani is Deputy Director of the Swedish Institute in Alexandria. Her work is about building intercultural relations between the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. For the past 10 years, Javeria worked in public and cultural diplomacy. Javeria has lived all over the world with a law degree from the University of London and an MA in Human Rights and Journalism.. Javeria has a background as a writer and documentary filmmaker with the highly acclaimed documentary “Zero Silence”.
