Víctor Lleras holds a PhD in INCITEMENT from UOL (University of Life). Author of the book “Bajo el Hechizo”, “Cómo Inyectar Magia a tus Palabras y Acciones Para Vender lo Invisible: Tus Ideas”. He is a lecturer, entrepreneur, consultant, transformation coach, MIT graduate in Hollywood California and speaks 4 languages.

He was President and Executive Creative Director JMD Communications and next to a talented team led a business of 11.5 Million turnover to 19.7 million in two years. He has done work for Kellogg's, Sony, Bacardi, Häagen-Dazs, Unilever, Anheuser-Busch, General Motors, McDonald's, Pfizer, Nissan, Gillette, Medal, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Johnnie Walker, Infiniti and Coca-Cola, among others. He has received over 60 awards worldwide. Expert in social media strategies and is sure that he will die doing some extreme sport.
