Amanda Vargas, declared legally blind at 8 and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 21, describes how functional medicine and locally sourced foods made a dramatic difference in her health and her future.

Amanda is the founder of Cabin Row Kitchens, a local business that exclusively sources their food from certified organic and grass-fed farms in the tristate area. She believes in the healing power of diet change for those battling chronic diseases.
