Charles started thinking about the amount of money spent on paper, and more importantly, the environmental footprint of wasted paper. In this talk, Charles explains just how serious this issue is and how even one person can make a difference.

Charles Tyndal is a ninth-grade student at Mountain Brook Junior High in Mountain Brook, Alabama. He is a member of the MBJH TED-ED club. After seeing an entire recycling bin full of wasted paper at his school, Charles started thinking about the amount of money spent on paper, and more importantly, the environmental footprint of wasted paper.
