When you make yourself vulnerable, when you go up the back allies, instead of sitting at a bar, when you meet people and you start talking to them, and when this starts happening long enough, you begging to take yourself out of your old culture and see yourself from the eyes of the new culture you immersed yourself in, and understand that your culture is not the only on the planet that is good, you learn that your culture is just one out of so many other. Lars tells his personal recollection of travel stories and he pleads a case of going beyond of the normal roots, finding things and people that can tell and show you wonderful things about themselves and about you.
