Modern teaching has a key focus on data and results, sometimes at the detriment of lesson plans and confident teachers. Hear how improvised comedy changed Luke’s approach to teaching.

Luke is a media teacher and improviser from Southend. He certainly doesn’t claim to be an expert improviser as to do so would destroy the point and concept of improvisation but has used the skills he has learnt over 5 years of improvising successfully within his teaching practice. He is 6ft 5in, has size 15 feet and recently broke and dislocated his ankle after falling off his pennyboard. He already knows he shouldn’t have been on it. He knows he’s a silly boy. You’re more than welcome to sign his cast.
