Matthew, through the lens of an engineer, looks critically at the influence we can have on our own minds.

Matthew is a final-year bachelor's student in Electronic Engineering. Having long been interested in the question of how much influence we have over our own minds, Matthew's experiences throughout university have left him with a fierce conviction that such influence is possible - and that, as in engineering, the key lies in methodology. In his free time he enjoys running, cooking, and embarrassing himself at salsa classes. Following his bachelor's, Matthew hopes to pursue further study in neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
