Dr. Jennifer Sader, a consultant with expertise in communications, technology, and online and in-person learning, asks: "In an increasingly insecure and contingent employment landscape, how will we find ways to forge and communicate identity?" Hear her thoughts on work and the construction of self.

Jennifer Sader is a consultant with expertise in communications, technology, and online and in-person learning. She worked for twenty years in various roles in higher education, including as a full-time faculty member and in information technology, before deciding to try her skills in the corporate sector. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in poetry and and Bachelor of Fine Arts in English and creative writing, both also from BGSU.
