Chef Michael Cutney shares the lessons he learned from living in Italy, and how he applied them to create his own restaurant.
Michael Cutney is the chef and owner of the popular restaurant, The Twisted Oak in Tarrytown. Where he brings to the table an Italian inspired American fare. Cutney was trained in the Culinary Institute of America. He has apprenticed under Fabio Picchi, a legend of Florentine cooking and worked with Danny Meyer, founder of Shake Shack. Gaining experience in restaurants such as Union Square Cafe and Tabla in Manhattan, and Cafe of Love and 42 The Restaurant in Westchester.
